I am Kerry. I'm a care assistant here at Millfield Care Home. One of the main reasons why I wanted to join in with the music sessions was because watching them go on throughout the day, seeing how happy people were, the communication that people came across with each other, and the satisfaction at the end of the session. I didn't have any formal expectations joining the sessions, but I've come out of the sessions with the ability to communicate with music, with instruments, and to understand different personalities throughout music. My top tip would be, don't be worried. Don't worry about what other people think. Enjoy yourself and just let yourself go.
